• Provider: Esnad Takaful Co which provides a paid subscription service.
• Paid subscription: A subscription to a service or product where a monetary amount is paid in exchange for the use of the service or product.
• Paid subscription cancellation policy: A set of rules and procedures that govern how a paid subscription can be cancelled.

Policy:

• Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the service or product's website or mobile app.

Procedures:

• The subscriber has the right to cancel their subscription at any time, subject to the following conditions:
  • The subscriber must provide a written notice of cancellation to the provider.
  • The notice must be sent at least 30 days before the scheduled subscription renewal date.

Steps:

1. Go to the service or product's website or mobile app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to the subscriptions page.
4. Click "Cancel Subscription".
5. Follow the instructions on the screen.

If the notice is not sent at least 30 days in advance, the provider may charge the subscriber a cancellation fee.

Effects:

Once a paid subscription is cancelled, the subscriber is entitled to:

• To access the service until the scheduled subscription end date.

Refunds:

Refunds of fees paid for a paid subscription are only permitted if the subscription is cancelled within a certain period of time from the date of purchase, which varies depending on the type of subscription.

Exclusions:

There are some cases where a paid subscription cannot be cancelled and the paid subscription cancellation policy does not apply in the following cases:

• Services that require a long-term financial commitment, such as insured contracts services.
• Services that require a legal commitment, such as medical subscription services.
• Subscriptions that were purchased as part of a promotion or campaign.
• Subscriptions that were purchased using free credit.

In the event of any complaint regarding the paid subscription cancellation policy, the subscriber must contact Esnad Takaful Co directly.

The following is an example of a paid subscription cancellation policy:

The subscriber has the right to cancel their subscription at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The subscriber must provide a written notice of cancellation to the provider.
• The notice must be sent at least 30 days before the scheduled subscription renewal date.

If the notice is not sent at least 30 days in advance, the provider may charge the subscriber a cancellation fee of 50 Saudi riyals.

Once the subscription is cancelled, the subscriber is entitled to:

• To stop paying the fees.
• To access the service until the scheduled subscription end date.

The paid subscription cancellation policy does not apply in the following cases:

• Services that require a long-term financial commitment, such as insured contracts services.
• Services that require a legal commitment, such as medical subscription services.

Changes:

The company has the right to change this policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be published on the service or product's website or mobile app.
