What is BeSure App?

The BeSure program works to connect health facilities and medical complexes directly without the hassle of searching and asking based on the best standards in evaluation and careful selection. It also works to implement the goal of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, which aims to enhance the health of the individual and society. (including the citizen, resident and visitor), which is based on the principle of value-based care that ensures transparency and financial sustainability through the promotion of public health and disease prevention, applying the new model of care related to disease prevention, as well as improving access to health services through optimal coverage and comprehensive and fair geographical distribution, expanding the provision of e-health services and digital solutions, as well as improving the quality of health services, and focusing on beneficiary satisfaction by applying and following the best standards Evidence-based international programs, establishing and enabling integrated health care systems that cover all regions of the Kingdom, and the health sector transformation program works to align and coordinate all health sector agencies, vision realization programs and relevant government agencies, as well as align and link with strategic national goals during the transformation journey.

BeSure program is designed on the following principles:

1. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
2. Strengthening control over the health of individuals and their families.
3. Providing knowledge as part of the treatment, and enabling program beneficiaries to know the details of the service compared to reasonable prices.
4. According to the Takaful Assignment Agreement concluded with the health facilities, treatment must be provided in a manner that is medically necessary for the patient and focused on results, without over-treatment of patients or under-treatment.
5. The discount agreed with the health facilities is applied with a mechanism similar to the principles of insurance and is characterized by the fact that there are no exclusions to the nature of disease, treatment service, prescriptions. Coverage limits or approvals in all medical specialties, even the complementary and cosmetic services.
6. Monitoring the paid bills to ensure their conformity with the services agreed upon between Esnad Takaful and health facilities for the benefit of the beneficiary.
7. To enhance the health of the individual and society in all its categories, government or private sectors as well as the third sector of associations and non-profit bodies, citizens, residents, visitors and tourists, including pilgrims and Umrah performers.
